1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ah999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by ah999 at the domain ah999.lat.

1.2 By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

1.4 ah999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any gaming service on the ah999 Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ah999 may at any time request age verification documentation and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. ah999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ah999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed or at any stage of account activity.

2.5 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction. ah999 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to notify ah999 immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. ah999 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing your login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. ah999 reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder at any time and to restrict account activity if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ah999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, consistent with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified via their registered email address prior to any such charge being applied.

3.4 Account Currency. The ah999 Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) as the primary account currency. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonuses are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ah999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast QR, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, 1LINK ATM, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. ah999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the account cashier at the time of withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals processed within the timeframe published in the cashier section. ah999 reserves the right to extend processing times in cases requiring additional verification.

4.4 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless otherwise approved by the ah999 compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player financial security.

4.5 Currency Conversion. Where deposits are received in currencies other than PKR, ah999 will convert the deposited amount using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Conversion fees may apply.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ah999 are subject to these Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. ah999 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention is detected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or inactive bonus funds expire after the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from accounts without notice.

5.5 Withdrawal Before Wagering. Where a player requests a withdrawal before satisfying wagering requirements on an active bonus, ah999 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to that bonus prior to processing the withdrawal.

5.6 Abuse. ah999 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming intent, multi-accounting, and coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General. All bets placed on the ah999 platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sport-specific rules, and these Terms. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sports event, ah999 reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and return stakes to the players' accounts.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and account status. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market. ah999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without notice.

6.3 Erroneous Odds. In the event that a sporting market is offered with clearly erroneous odds arising from human error or technical fault, ah999 reserves the right to void affected bets placed at the erroneous price and to communicate this to affected players.

6.4 Match Fixing and Integrity. Any player found to be placing bets on events in which they have knowledge of a pre-determined outcome, or in connection with any form of match-fixing, will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

6.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules. Cricket markets including PSL, Pakistan national series, T20 World Cup, and ICC events are governed by additional sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules address event abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and reduced-over scenarios.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorised by ah999;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Registering an account if you are a minor (under 21 years of age);
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or IP restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools where such circumvention is prohibited;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any ah999 proprietary content without express written authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward ah999 staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 ah999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We encourage all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

8.2 Tools Available. Registered ah999 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sublicence, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 The ah999 name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and service names are trademarks of ah999. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written consent of ah999.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The ah999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ah999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 ah999's maximum aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 ah999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• A player's account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or improper purposes;
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to ah999;
• A player has been identified as a minor.

11.2 On account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ah999 customer support via live chat or email.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 The collection, use, and storage of personal data by ah999 is governed by the ah999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ah999 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact ah999 customer support through the available channels to seek an informal resolution. ah999 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14.3 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure outlined in the Platform's Help Centre. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under ah999's gaming licence.

14.4 You agree that any proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. You further agree that any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim.
